A 5-year close-ended CAT II AIF investing in equity, equity linked securities, debentures and mezzanine securities of Investee Companies engaged with real asset industries. The Fund will primarily invest in Investee Entities in residential real estate sector and in Mixed Use Projects. The Fund will also seek opportunities to invest a part of its portfolio in Investee entities in targeting the affordable housing segment. The Fund will not directly invest or hold in any real estate project.
